How our classes work

Classes are 60 minutes, held on Zoom.


To anchor your progress, every class includes:

  • High-value coaching worksheets to calm anxiety and learn to self-regulate
  • Reflection prompts to process your experience and reset your mindset
  • Guided somatic practices, breathwork, and guided nervous-system exercises.

What you need

  • A pen or pencil (for the worksheet reflection)
  • A yoga mat or a blanket to lie on
  • Optionally: A pillow or cushion

All movements are low-impact and adaptable for fatigue, pain, or mobility limits. They can be done anywhere – at home, at work, even in bed!

I have suffered with panic attacks, poor sleep, and constant worry for decades. I always thought that was just "who I was". Ellie's nervous system sessions have helped me understand that the nervous system controls everything, and that chronic anxiety puts pressure on that system, ultimately making the system go a bit out of control — which is how I felt most days!
